Togbe Afede XIV [53 years, Ghanaian] – Non-Executive Member. Togbe Afede XIV is the Agbogbomefia of the Asogli State and President of the Asogli Traditional Council based in Ho, Ghana. He joined the Aluworks Board in February 2002. 

Mr. Anthony Fofie [61 years, Ghanaian] – Non-Executive Member. Mr Fofie is currently the Chief Executive of the Ghana Cocoa Board.  He joined the Board in March 2009. Mr Fofie holds an Executive MBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and an M.Sc. from the University of Reading UK.

Mrs. Miriam Okwabi is a chartered Accountant and currently the Director of Finance of Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD). She commenced her professional career with Ayew Agyemang Turkson and Company (AAT&Co), a Firm of Chartered Accountants where she gained extensive experience in Banking, Manufacturing, and service industries.

He is an engineer by Profession and currently is the Managing Director of Fanel Limited, a firm of Electrical Engineers and Contractors. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
